Must:
- I require a Master's degree with 15+ years of prior relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 17+ years of prior relevant experience. - You should have a proven ability in a recent technical leadership role to translate a strategic vision into an agile action plan, demonstrating business impact and success in fulfilling customer objectives. - I am looking for someone with the capability to develop and mature strategy aligned to customer, corporate, and related missions. - You must demonstrate the ability to form industry and international partnerships that collectively address challenging customer missions while achieving diverse business objectives. - Experience working with or supporting U.S. Air Force organizations, or equivalent, including AFLCMC/HB is essential. - A broad understanding of BMC3 systems, JADC2, and related DoD concepts and frameworks, along with relevant systems and customer roles, is expected. - I need someone with demonstrated experience on classified command and control systems and working with classified customers. - You should have experience leading the development of innovative solutions in support of major capture and proposal efforts, balancing these solutions against cost, schedule, function, quality, and other business considerations. - Strong communication skills are essential, along with experience in engaging in business development and capture efforts as a Solution Architect or in a similar role. - You must have experience in creating white papers, proposals, and briefings that showcase the thought leadership capabilities of the organization, as well as actively supporting various marketing and business development efforts through customer interaction. - An active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance or the ability to obtain one and eligibility for Special Access Programs is required.

Responsibilities

- I expect you to develop Battle Management Command, Control, and Communications (BMC3) and related mission solutions that apply to defense and mission partner initiatives to achieve Combined/Joint All-Domain C2 objectives. A key focus will be on transitioning a broad strategic vision to an agile technology- and partnership-based execution plan and prioritizing both internal and customer-funded efforts for the near, mid, and long term consistent with emerging space domain constructs. - Participation in strategy development and updates, focusing on actions aligned to strategy implementation, will be essential. - You will develop highly innovative solutions, integrating capabilities ranging from data integration to MP & C2 systems, from mid-TRL capabilities to continuous delivery and operational sustainment, for national security applications leveraging capabilities across the commercial and traditional DoD industrial base and international partners. - Leading the development of solutions that impact strategic project/program goals and business results by working closely with technical staff and Business Development personnel to understand customer needs will be part of your role. - I need you to perform technical execution leadership on a combination of customer- and internally-funded programs and projects. - Working to secure cross-organization buy-in on solutions that transition from current practices toward agreement/acceptance of new concepts, practices, and approaches will also be a key responsibility.

This position is pivotal in supporting our engagements with the U.S. Air Force, specifically collaborating with the Information Dominance Systems Center and AFLCMC/HB, to shape the Air Force’s contributions to Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2)β€”a transformative warfighting concept that connects sensors and shooters globally. You will work across the Decision Advantage Business Area and partner with senior leaders throughout the Leidos enterprise (including National Security, Defense Systems, and Health & Civil sectors) to pursue, win, and execute mission-critical programs leveraging enterprise-wide capabilities. This is a hybrid position (75% telework and 25% onsite) with preferred base locations including Reston, VA; Arlington, VA; Huntsville, AL; San Diego/La Jolla, CA; Denver/Aurora, CO; Dayton, OH; or Orlando, FL. You should also expect to travel approximately 25% of the time. Our pay range for this job level is $148,850.00 - $269,075.00, and this is a general guideline only, not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other laws.
