Must:
We are seeking a Solution Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience. The ideal candidate must have extensive expertise in Kinaxis Supply Planning, Inventory Planning & Optimization, Sales & Operations Planning, and Demand Planning. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Kinaxis fundamentals, with experience in the Hi-Tech domain being highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills, are essential. Candidates must be able to work in a hybrid model and adapt to changing project requirements. Additionally, we require the following certifications: Kinaxis Certified RapidResponse Author Level 1 and Kinaxis Certified RapidResponse Administrator Level 1.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will lead the design and implementation of Kinaxis solutions to meet client requirements. I will oversee the integration of Kinaxis modules, ensuring their functionality meets the client's needs. My responsibilities will include providing technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle and collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. I will ensure the scalability and performance of Kinaxis solutions by conducting regular system audits and performance tuning. Additionally, I will develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures. I will train and mentor junior team members on Kinaxis functionalities and best practices, while continuously staying updated with the latest Kinaxis features and industry trends. Ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction will be crucial, as will my participation in pre-sales activities to provide technical expertise. I will also ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies.
Description
This position is located in Dallas, TX, with an annual salary range between $112,000 and $145,000, depending on experience and qualifications. It is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program based on performance, as well as various benefits, including Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance, paid holidays and time off, a 401(k) plan, long-term/short-term disability, paid parental leave, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
