Must:

- Must have extensive experience in o9 Demand Planning and o9 solutions.
- Domain expertise in Pricing Optimization, Sales Planning, and Execution is essential.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary.
- A proven track record of successfully leading technology projects is important.
- Experience in hybrid work environments is a plus.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized candidates are preferred.
- Strong understanding of technology architecture principles is crucial.
- Adaptability to changing business needs and priorities is necessary.
- A passion for technology and innovation should be present.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that drive business success is required.
- Certifications: Certified o9 Solutions Architect and Certified Pricing Professional (CPP) are mandatory.
Responsibilities
- I will lead the design and implementation of technology solutions that align with our business goals and objectives.
- I will oversee the development and deployment of o9 Demand Planning and o9 solutions to optimize demand forecasting and planning processes.
- I will provide technical expertise in Pricing Optimization to enhance pricing strategies and improve profitability.
- I will collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute effective sales planning strategies.
- I ensure the seamless integration of technology solutions with existing systems and processes.
- I will conduct regular assessments of technology architecture to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- I will develop and maintain technical documentation to support the implementation and maintenance of our technology solutions.
- I will provide guidance and support to team members on technical issues and best practices.
- I will monitor and evaluate the performance of technology solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and deliver expected outcomes.
- I will stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in technology to drive continuous improvement.
- I will communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- I ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all technology implementations.
- I will contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality technology solutions that drive business growth.
Description
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
