Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience with Kinaxis Supply Planning, Inventory Planning & Optimization, Sales & Operations Planning, and Demand Planning.
- Strong knowledge of Kinaxis Fundamentals.
- Experience in the Hi-Tech domain is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Certifications Required:
- Kinaxis Certified RapidResponse Author Level 1
- Kinaxis Certified RapidResponse Administrator Level 1
Responsibilities
- I will lead the design and implementation of Kinaxis solutions to meet client requirements.
- I will oversee the integration of Kinaxis modules, including Supply Planning, Inventory Planning & Optimization, Sales & Operations Planning, and Demand Planning.
- I will provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- I will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- I will ensure the scalability and performance of Kinaxis solutions.
- I will conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain optimal system performance.
- I will develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- I will train and mentor junior team members on Kinaxis functionalities and best practices.
- I will stay updated with the latest Kinaxis features and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.
- I will work closely with clients to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- I will participate in pre-sales activities to provide technical expertise and support.
- I will ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- I will contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies.
Description
We at Cognizant Technology Solutions are excited to offer the position of Kinaxis Implementation - Sr. Architect as a permanent role in our Dallas, TX office. We are looking for a Solution Architect with 12+ years of experience, ideally with 8 to 12 years specific to Kinaxis expertise. The annual salary for this position ranges from $112,000 to $150,000, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, this role is eligible for our discretionary annual incentive program, contingent on performance. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision/life insurance, paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan among others.
