Requirements
Must:
- I hold a Master's degree with 15 years of experience or a Bachelor's degree in a related field with 19 years of experience, or I have 15+ years in software development/architecture.
- I am proficient in multiple programming languages, cloud computing, distributed systems, and microservices architecture, and possess in-depth knowledge of system architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- I have experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Oracle Cloud, as well as distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- I am experienced in data architectures and pipelines for structured, unstructured, and semi-structured data across various data repositories and data lakes.
- I have familiarity with front-end technologies, UI/UX design, Agile DevSecOps tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
- I have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum ceremonies, and am experienced with Agile work management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- I possess strong problem-solving, organizational, and exceptional communication skills, enabling me to collaborate effectively with customers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders.
- I currently hold a Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS-SCI.
Responsibilities
- I will lead the architecture and design of high-performance capabilities for the DoD and DISA.
- I will partner with Task Order technical leadership to ensure the implementation of software development best practices, standards, and guidelines while driving consistency across the IDIQ.
- I am responsible for driving innovation and industry trend awareness, mentoring technical teams, and leading efforts in DevOps and Agile best practices.
- I will collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements and translate them into solutions to ensure the security, scalability, and sustainability of all systems.
- I will integrate new technologies into architectures and evaluate tools to ensure high-quality delivery.
- I will support the CTO team in driving innovation and creating roadmaps while maintaining a forward-looking perspective on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- I am tasked with documenting model development processes, results, and best practices for knowledge sharing, ensuring security best practices are integrated into the development lifecycle and assisting in creating technical documentation and presentations to communicate findings and progress to stakeholders.

I am seeking a servant leader with the technical depth and interpersonal communication skills necessary to inspire and develop sound architectural solutions for this complex program, while effectively interfacing with senior customer and Leidos internal leadership.

The pay range for this position is $131,300.00 - $237,350.00. This range is a general guideline and is subject to factors such as job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, and market alignment.
