Cloud Solutions Architect

I am a part of Mantech, where we are dedicated to delivering essential enterprise infrastructure capabilities that empower a global workforce to execute vital national defense missions. Our efforts are a significant aspect of the Enterprise Infrastructure Services (EIS) organization, which manages MPO's Enterprise Information Technology (EIT), serving as the backbone platform supporting all enterprise users. In addition to my primary responsibilities, I aim to design, model, and implement robust data architectures for both cloud and relational repositories, encompassing logical and physical data modeling, database design, administration, tuning, and application development. I also have experience in architecting and implementing cloud environments with an emphasis on high availability, fault tolerance, scalability, and cost optimization, along with familiarity in DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automation frameworks. Moreover, I am adept at architecting, implementing, and optimizing cloud-based solutions using Amazon Web Services (AWS), adhering to the AWS Well-Architected Framework, which includes VPC, routing, subnets, Security Groups, ELB, Auto-Scaling, RDS, Route 53, S3, CloudFront, SNS, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, GuardDuty, and Inspector. Clearance Requirements: I must possess a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph. Physical Requirements: I am capable of remaining stationary for 50% of the time, and occasionally move about the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or communicate with co-workers, management, and customers via email, phone, or virtual communication, which may also involve delivering presentations.
