- I pay great attention to detail and can work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- I have goal-oriented project management skills.
Responsibilities
- I design, create, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components to address key business functions.
- I manage integrations of Salesforce with other systems through REST/SOAP APIs, ensuring data consistency and smooth data flow between applications.
- I recommend ways to optimize the use of third-party applications to enhance sales activities and processes alongside the core Salesforce platform.
- I identify and implement strategies to boost system performance, data integrity, and the overall user experience.
- I collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, share technical insights, and ensure that Salesforce capabilities align with business objectives.
- I conduct unit testing, debugging, and validations of Salesforce solutions to ensure that they meet our quality standards before deployment.
- I maintain documentation of system architecture, design modifications, and user instructions. I also assist in training end-users and providing ongoing technical support.
- I stay informed about Salesforce releases and new features, recommending enhancements to our existing Salesforce environment based on current best practices.
- I ensure that IT systems, CRM tools, and other sales-related platforms are optimized for performance and seamlessly integrated across teams.
Description
- I hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldβor possess equivalent work experience. - I have 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce development, showcasing expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Component Framework. - I am required to have Salesforce Platform Developer I certification; Platform Developer II certification is a bonus. - I am proficient in Salesforce platform development, with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and design patterns. - I have experience utilizing Salesforce declarative development tools such as Process Builder, Flows, and custom objects. - I am familiar with REST and SOAP APIs, along with experience integrating Salesforce with external systems. - I have knowledge of SOQL and SOSL for efficient data manipulation within Salesforce. - Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems like Git and Jenkins is a plus.
