Responsibilities
As an IT Program Manager, I will ensure that today is secure and tomorrow is smarter. My duties include gathering and developing business requirements, visualizing content for improved comprehension, and applying Agile methodologies to enhance requirement management and function delivery. I will manage multiple high-priority projects, overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle according to Project Management Principles (PMP). This involves coordinating daily activities, identifying dependencies and potential blockers, and producing timelines, presentations, deliverables, and risk management plans. Additionally, I will be responsible for briefing project schedules and statuses at control gates, addressing resource allocation challenges, and collaborating effectively with my team and across organizations to complete critical tasks.
