Responsibilities

As a Windows OS Administrator supporting USSTRATCOM, I will: - Perform systems administration for the enterprise Windows OS solution. - Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS operating systems. - Analyze and resolve problems associated with the operating system’s servers, hardware, applications, and software. - Monitor systems performance and ensure compliance with security standards. - Monitor everyday systems, evaluate availability of all server resources, and perform all activities for Windows servers. - Assist with configuring and deploying all virtual machines and install and provide backup to all configuration procedures. - Maintain and monitor all patch releases, design various patch installation strategies, and maintain all systems according to program standards. Provide Tier 2 and 3 troubleshooting support, interfacing with end users and other technical teams from a service support perspective. ###
