Requirements
Must:
To successfully fulfill this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, along with over 8 years of relevant professional experience.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in SailPoint Identity IQ development (certification in this area is an advantage).
- A comprehensive understanding of the underlying IIQ framework, including databases, servers, Tomcat, and APIs.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and comprehending XML.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding BeanShell.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision while also supervising others during limited engagements.
- Capacity to adapt in an environment with frequently changing priorities.
- Comfort in a high operational tempo.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL principles (experience with ServiceNow is a plus).
Responsibilities
In this position, I will be responsible for:
- Designing, supporting, and administering the SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ) environment, which encompasses:
- Workflows
- Applications
- Certifications
- Rules
- Tasks
- Forms
- Reports
- Acting as an escalation point for the team to assist in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues with IIQ by employing best practice methodologies.
- Collaborating with vendor support to lead problem resolution when the issue relates to the product.
- Maintaining the application’s GIT repository.
Description
