Responsibilities
As a SCITLS CYOC Platform Engineer supporting USSTRATCOM, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by:
- Providing systems engineering support and monitoring of enterprise platform solutions as part of CYOC.
- Developing and maintaining platforms to aid in the management of COOP/DR, Change, Problem, Configuration, Incident, Knowledge, Event, and Maintenance ITSM tasks.
- Being responsible for the integration and maintenance of IT Ops platforms, and performing the development of automated platform dashboards and workflows for enterprise systems such as ServiceNow, MECM, SolarWinds, and PowerBI.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation for all IT infrastructure operations.
