Requirements
Must:
- I require a Bachelor’s Degree and 2 or more years of experience, or a combination of education and work experience equivalent to 6 or more years.
- Familiarity with Digital Signal Processing (DSP) design and configuration is essential.
- I expect experience with control systems, videoconferencing, switching hardware, and audio DSP setup and calibration.
- Strong customer service, organizational, communication, and written skills are necessary, as I will be working with various groups, including co-workers, management, and customers; the ability to exchange accurate information is crucial.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office product suite is required.
- A willingness to travel locally, as needed, is a must.
Responsibilities
- My team member will read and interpret A/V systems drawings and specifications.
- You will develop code for integrating systems, including, but not limited to, Extron, HP/Poly, and Cisco.
- Collaborating with the video engineering team to ensure programmed solutions meet customer expectations will be part of your duties.
- You will be responsible for organizing, maintaining, and archiving all project-related code, graphic touch panel layouts, and programs.
- Completing training programs from manufacturers, industry associations, and our company as required is expected.
- Participation in complex system design reviews, where your input is encouraged, is crucial.
Description
- Preferred qualifications include being an AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) or holding Extron Certifications.
- I value experience with Python programming and ServiceNow Project Management.
- The ability to adapt to quickly changing tasks and requirements and the capacity to quickly learn new skills while on the job are greatly appreciated.
- I require that candidates possess a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
- Physical requirements include the ability to remain in a stationary position for at least 50% of the time and to constantly operate a computer, phone, and other office equipment for extended periods. Occasionally, you may need to move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers.
- Coverage hours may vary, but you will be part of a team that provides coverage from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
