SCCM/MECM System Administrator

We are looking for a highly technical and customer-oriented SCCM/MECM System Administrator to support a large enterprise IT contract for the DOD. In this role, you will maintain operations across multiple enclaves, classifications, and time zones, ensuring the functionality of our services while working collaboratively within a team environment. This position requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the capability to capture customer inquiries accurately. Additionally, you should be adept at troubleshooting complex issues and implementing corrective actions to facilitate a seamless user experience. You will need to have a Bachelor’s degree along with 2-4 years of relevant experience, a Master’s degree with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Associate’s degree with 4 years of related experience, or a High School Diploma with 6 years of related experience can be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree. Security clearance requirements include U.S. Citizenship, and a TS/SCI with Polygraph is needed for this position, or a TS/SCI with the willingness to obtain and maintain a specific polygraph.
