Requirements

Must:
- I require a Bachelor's Degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience, or a Master's Degree with 10 – 13 years of relevant experience. A Doctorate in a technical domain may also be considered. - I need at least 7 years of experience in Systems Architecture or a similar role in a complex, large-scale environment. - You must have an active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to attain a polygraph to be considered for this position. - In-depth knowledge of system architecture, design patterns, and best practices is necessary. - Proficiency in cloud computing, distributed systems, and microservices architecture is required. - Experience with SpringBoot and Java microservices is essential. - A strong understanding of UI/UX and full-stack development is needed. - You should have a strong understanding of security, compliance, and data privacy standards. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to complex technical challenges are critical. - Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities are required. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java is mandatory. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is essential. - Familiarity with Agile DevSecOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes, is preferred. - Familiarity with machine learning and generative AI, including tools and frameworks, would be advantageous. - I expect effective communication and collaboration with customers and cross-functional teams, as well as the ability to document technical processes and present solutions to stakeholders. - You must be able to prioritize tasks effectively, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, are necessary. - An enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies is highly valued.

Responsibilities

- I will lead the architecture and design of scalable, high-performance exploitation capabilities within the Intelligence Community, utilizing the latest in containerization, container orchestration, microservices, hybrid cloud technologies, machine learning, and generative AI. - I will collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements and translate them into architectural solutions. - I will develop and implement architectural guidelines, standards, and best practices. - I will oversee the integration of new technologies and systems into existing and new infrastructure. - I will ensure the security, scalability, and sustainability of all system architectures. - I will mentor and guide technical teams, fostering innovation and excellence. - I will evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure high-quality system delivery. - I will maintain a forward-looking perspective on industry trends and emerging technologies. - I will participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to maintain high coding standards. - I will document model development processes, results, and best practices for knowledge sharing and reproducibility. - I will assist in creating technical documentation and presentations to communicate findings and progress to stakeholders. - I will ensure security best practices are integrated into the development lifecycle, including compliance with data protection regulations.
