Requirements
Must:
We require candidates to have a Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of experience, a Master’s degree with 10 years, or 16+ years of applicable experience in lieu of a degree. Additionally, you should possess 10+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, at least 5 years as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect, and a minimum of 5 years leading ServiceNow development teams. You must be able to obtain and sustain a Public Trust security clearance.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead the development, enhancement, and implementation of ServiceNow Architecture. You will collaborate with customers and stakeholders to utilize ServiceNow for managing enterprise services, incorporating new technologies such as AI and automation. Additionally, you will build and manage roadmaps, provide recommendations, and guide the development and optimization of ServiceNow services and capabilities. Assisting development teams as necessary will also be part of your daily tasks.
