Requirements
Must:
- I am seeking a candidate with 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- The ideal candidate should have 1+ years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, focusing on design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, or Ruby is necessary.
- A minimum of 5 years of administrative experience in networking, storage systems, operating systems, and hands-on systems engineering is required.
- I expect knowledge of systems engineering fundamentals including networking, storage, and operating systems.
- The selected candidate must currently possess and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
Responsibilities
- As a part of my team, you will be responsible for building and deploying solutions across thousands of devices.
- You will engage in deep-dive troubleshooting and conduct technical post-mortem discussions to identify the root causes of complex issues.
- I want you to love coding and using technology to solve problems, whether that means building tools in Java or addressing system complexities in Python.
- You will be involved in the development and management of Compute, Database, Storage, IoT, Platform, and Productivity Apps services within AWS.
