Requirements

Must:
- I hold a Bachelor’s degree and have at least 5 years of experience, or in lieu of my degree, I possess 9 years of relevant experience. - I have experience maintaining the integrity, security, and availability of databases. - I am skilled in administering, maintaining, and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of databases. - I have experience organizing and formatting data for efficient query and storage processes. - I have established and maintained database user accounts. - I am capable of performing disaster recovery, performance analysis and tuning, index maintenance, and monitoring of data. - I have contributed to the development of policies and procedures for ensuring database security and integrity. - I have evaluated requirements and recommended available DBMS products. - I am experienced in performing database and software life-cycle activities to ensure the highest level of system performance and availability. - I possess server administration experience with a variety of database products, including Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres, and SYBASE.

Responsibilities

As a Database Administrator at ManTech, I will be part of a diverse team that provides engineering and Information Technology services. My primary responsibilities will include provisioning, managing, sustaining, innovating, modernizing, refreshing, reengineering, and securing the Nuclear Command and Control (NC2) and Non-NC2 cryptographic production infrastructure.
