Requirements
Must:
- Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree and over 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent years of experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI and Power Automate
- Must possess or be able to obtain the ITIL® 4: IT Service Management (ITSM) Certification within 9 months of starting
- Must possess or be able to obtain one of the following certifications within 30 days of starting: CompTia Cloud+, GIAC Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP), GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC), or ISC2 Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP)
- Strong knowledge of Power BI Desktop and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for calculated columns, measures, and KPIs
- Skilled in using Power Query (M Language) for data transformation
- Familiarity with data source connectivity, including both on-premise and cloud-based sources (SQL Server, SharePoint, Azure, etc.)
- Experience in establishing and enforcing data governance, naming conventions, and workspace policies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical issues into clear guidance
- Ability to collaborate effectively with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders

- Develop software for the Power Platform, including Power BI and Power Automate
- Create dashboards for AI Ops solutions and Service Desk
- Structure and transform raw data for analysis within Power BI using DAX functions
- Assist dashboard developers in crafting visually appealing and interactive dashboards that enable users to filter, drill down, and access data insights
- Support report developers in creating comprehensive reports with suitable visualizations to convey key metrics and trends
- Optimize queries and data refresh processes
