Requirements
Must:
- Clearance Required: Ability to Obtain a Secret
- Education: BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (MS preferred)
- US Citizenship: Required
- 5+ years of experience with focus on Atlassian solutions, including Jira, Jira Service Manager, and Confluence
- Certified Atlassian Jira Administrator
- Experience with SAFe Agile Framework; working knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies
- Expertise in project management best practices
- Expertise with MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Project)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Desired Qualifications: PMP or CAPM certification, Experience with Power BI Reporting
Responsibilities
- I will provide subject matter expertise on configuring, managing, and maintaining the Jira instance to meet the organization's needs, including creating and maintaining custom fields, workflows, and schemes, and managing Jira projects.
- I will collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure the Jira configuration supports existing business processes.
- I will analyze, review, and document the current functionality of Jira system configurations and processes to determine potential areas for improvement.
- I will gather requirements for new business processes and provide continuous improvements to the Jira instance by developing new customizations, integrating with other tools, or implementing Jira best practices.
- I will provide training and support to Jira users, including conducting training sessions, creating content for user guides, and briefing clients and project teams on new functionalities.
- I will analyze complex problems, develop, and document alternate solutions.
- I will follow and aid in developing governance processes.
- I will devise, test, and deploy integrations between Atlassian products and other internal toolchains.
- I will perform routine monitoring activities and report on the status of the project and related tasking.
- I will research and implement new approaches on Jira and potential Confluence usage.

This position currently requires an on-site schedule, which is subject to change based on company and contract requirements.
