Requirements
Must:
- I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communication, or a related field.
- I have a minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 4 yearsβ experience leading large change management efforts.
- I possess a specialized understanding of how people go through change and the change process.
- I am experienced and knowledgeable in change management principles and methodologies.
- I am familiar with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
- I can work effectively at all levels of the organization and influence others, including executive leadership, toward a common vision.
- I demonstrate strategic and organizational agility, as well as enterprise thinking.
- I am capable of leading in new and ambiguous situations.
- I am a team player and can work collaboratively with others.
- I have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as excellent active listening, root cause identification, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- I apply our change methodology and process to deliver the people side of change that is required to achieve our desired business outcomes.
- I identify potential people-related risks and anticipated points of resistance, developing and recommending specific plans to mitigate or address these concerns.
- I provide insight to project and senior leaders about the potential impact of decisions on the effectiveness of the overall change strategy.
- I develop and implement integrated change strategies that promote adoption and optimize business benefits across a broad portfolio of change initiatives impacting large stakeholder groups.
- I ensure coordinated delivery to optimize the change experience for affected stakeholder groups.
- I manage and influence potential changes to people, processes, technology, organization, and culture.
- I partner with business leadership across multiple departments and functions to design planning and program delivery approaches that promote user-centric business solutions.
- I create and build efficient change management structures that support an integrated delivery approach, providing direction and oversight to change teams to ensure predictable execution and realization of benefits.
- I influence business sponsors and change teams to create integrated deployment strategies and plans.
- I educate, influence, and coach senior business leaders and project teams to create and implement effective change strategies and plans.
- I influence change execution strategy and approach, actively participating in the change community to advance change competencies within the company.
- I adopt, integrate, and promote common enterprise-wide change processes, methodologies, and language.
- I create, recommend, and implement measurement systems for change success, focusing on quality of user experience, adoption, utilization, and performance standards.
- I promote and advocate for the practice of organization change management throughout the enterprise, applying external perspectives and benchmarking change practices.
