Product Owner

 Engages in constructive conversations with - and deliver tough messages when needed - to key stakeholders, including senior executives, while continually building professional and productive relationships.  Optimizes development team experience.  Manage each project’s scope and timeline  Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups with onshore/offshore teams  Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur  Help teams implement changes effectively  Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint  Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity  Regular and reliable workplace attendance at your assigned location Required Experience:  Must have 5+ years current experience working within a software development environment as a Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner in ecommerce.  4+ years’ experience working on complex development projects.  5+ years’ experience with creating documentation for communication with varied audiences.  2+ years current experience successfully completing projects within an Agile environment.  2+ years demonstrable experience driving complex technology projects to successful completion.  Must possess excellent knowledge of the scrum framework, with all its artifacts and techniques  Experience in project execution and follow-up.  Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, with proven ability to negotiate and engage with individuals at all levels of the business.  Must be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Communicates information in ways that can be easily understood.  Must possess strong work ethic, demonstrated attention to detail and excellent time management skills.  Deadline oriented and capable of self-management.
