Responsibilities

- I am responsible for technical planning and coordination between Agile teams and mission customers, including verification, validation, and deployments. - I collaborate across roles to understand customer mission objectives and define project goals. - I execute project plans while remaining sensitive to customer needs, resolving issues, and escalating when appropriate. - I capture and validate requirements, developing and managing project governance plans, schedules, team goals, success criteria, and budgets while identifying and mitigating limitations to execution. - I communicate complex concepts to customers and technical teammates effectively, adjusting my communication style as necessary. - I apply judgment and tact to challenge, recommend, and redirect teams while managing client expectations. - I act as a strategic business partner to help customers achieve their mission outcomes and drive innovation through iterative feedback mechanisms. - I lead project teams using agile delivery methodology while managing scope, schedule, and cost to achieve project goals. - I track the team's work to the completion of all deliverables accepted into a Program Increment (PI). - I coordinate with team members and customers to ensure that stories have all necessary information and that all required stories are created. - I coordinate and socialize production changes, briefing appropriate boards for deployment approval.

Description

We have an immediate need for a Principal Technical Scrum Team Project Manager (SPM). This role requires an experienced Development Team Lead and Systems Engineer to perform as an SPM in the Integrated Circuit (IC) environment. In this capacity, I will have direct leadership and interaction with one or more development teams and act as a key customer liaison with basic technical knowledge about complex system and application development. I will support the Agile Release Train Program Manager (ART PM) and Technical Lead (TL) in developing Epics, Features, and application roadmaps for designing and developing new and existing applications. I will lead all aspects of a product's design while working with product managers to develop requirements and advise on prioritization. My responsibilities also include risk management identification and mitigation, and development of implementation timelines in a tailored SAFe Agile DevSecOps environment. I will work closely with internal systems engineers to ensure that customer priorities are planned through the implementation lifecycle. Additionally, I have experience with requirements management, portfolio management, Lean Six Sigma, and other optimization methodologies. Preferred Qualifications: - Safe Agilist Certification - Scrum Alliance Scrum Master Certification - Experience using SAFe as the agile development methodology - Previous software development or infrastructure experience - AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner Pay Range: The anticipated pay range for this position is $122,200.00 - $220,900.00. Please note that this pay range is a general guideline and not a guarantee of compensation. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreements, and other legal considerations.
