Requirements
Must:
- I hold a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- I have at least 15 years of experience in information technology, including a minimum of 5 years as an enterprise architecture specialist within a governmental context.
- I have been responsible for the design, writing, and presentation of executive documents in at least 5 projects, totaling a combined experience of at least 5 years.
- I have contributed to the development of guidelines, principles, and standards in the governmental field in at least 3 projects (3 years of combined experience), in support of projects and solutions.
- I have participated in the development of guidelines, principles, and standards in IT operations in at least 3 projects (3 years combined) to support operational and project teams.
- I have completed at least 2 projects (2 years of combined experience) in integrated enterprise architecture covering business, information, applications, technologies, and security.
Responsibilities
- I collaborate with stakeholders to understand the strategic objectives of the organization and propose integrated architectural directions aligned with business priorities.
- I develop principles, standards, and guidelines for enterprise architecture, covering business, information, applications, technologies, and security to guide project and operational teams.
- I produce strategic deliverables (master plans, governance frameworks, architectural targets, gap analyses, etc.) and ensure effective communication to decision-making authorities.
- I design and present executive documents intended for governance committees, management, or government entities to support informed technology decision-making.
- I assist realization teams by ensuring consistency of initiatives with architectural directions, both at the project and IT operations level.
- I participate in defining and evolving architectural targets while accounting for security, interoperability, longevity, and business value.
- I contribute to technological monitoring and the continuous improvement of enterprise architecture practices within the organization.
- I promote an integrated vision of enterprise architecture by acting as a catalyst among business teams, IT experts, and governance bodies.
