Responsibilities
As a SCITLS Network Ops/CYOC Lead supporting USSTRATCOM, you will:
- Manage 24/7 network support teams for the CYOC.
- Monitor and manage networks.
- Coordinate planned outages and identify unplanned outages.
- Track planned and unplanned outages.
- Report on outages, coordinating and approving network fix actions.
- Identify and resolve network events before they become outages.
- Lead the team to deliver 24x7x365 monitoring within the CYOC.
- Maintain situational awareness of services, networks, applications, and associated devices.
- Lead the analysis and assessment of operational events, anomalies, and problems.
- Ensure trend analysis and reporting of anomalies.
