Requirements
Must:
- You must be 18-29 years old.
- You need to be a high school graduate or a GED recipient.
- You must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- You should be available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program.
- You should be highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills.
- You must not have obtained a Bachelor's degree.
Responsibilities
In this program, you will participate in intense job training that provides you with in-classroom skill development, access to internships and job placement services, along with personalized coaching and mentorship. You will gain professional business and communication skills, interviewing and networking skills, and resume building. You will also receive ongoing support and guidance to help you launch your career. Additionally, during the internship phase, you will earn an educational stipend of $525 per week.

Year Up United is an intensive program that combines technical and professional training with access to industry-leading internships through our placement firm, YUPRO Placement. Internships may be with some of the top organizations in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, such as Bank of America, Capital One, JPMorgan Chase, or Salesforce, among others. Our coursework includes various topics, including Application Development & Support, Business Fundamentals, Banking & Customer Success, and Helpdesk/Desktop Support. Upon completion, 80% of our graduates secure employment or enroll in further education within four months, with employed graduates earning an average starting salary of $53,000 per year.
