Must:
We seek candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- Extensive hands-on experience with Workspace One (WSOne) and Airwatch, preferably in a retail setting; familiarity with Wavelink is advantageous.
- Proficient in using Zebra Mobility devices, such as TC51, TC52x, TC53e, MC9200, MC9300/MC9400, VC80X, and VC8300.
- Demonstrated experience in deploying mobile devices and software updates across various platforms including Apple iPads, Android Tablets, Zebra, Honeywell, and Windows CE.
- Proven ability to support mobility-related upgrades and manage the lifecycle of technology within clubs and distribution centers.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for device and application issues within our clubs and distribution centers.
- Solid coordination and communication skills with IT departments and application development teams, both internally and externally.
- Capacity to troubleshoot and resolve mobility challenges on both Android and iOS platforms.
- Ongoing evaluation of our device environment with an emphasis on engineering solutions for efficiency.
- Familiarity with Honeywell Mobility, specifically in configuring, deploying, maintaining, and supporting devices.
- Experience managing and enrolling Honeywell & VoCollect units into Workspace One.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Mobility Engineer, your daily tasks will include:
- Engaging in daily operations, which make up about 40% of the role, involving the configuration and deployment of devices such as TC51/TC52, MC9300, and Apple iPads for both existing and new clubs and distribution centers.
- Managing escalated support tickets, which may require device troubleshooting with club users and may involve utilizing remote management through our Mobile Device Management (MDM) system (30% of the role).
- Partaking in project work, making up around 30% of the role, which may include ad-hoc requests from business teams or lifecycle management projects. This could involve MDM cleanup and maintenance tasks.
- Participating in an on-call rotation that requires some off-hour work.

This position operates in a hybrid model, with in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA from Tuesday through Thursday, and remote work on Mondays and Fridays. In line with Pay Transparency guidelines, we provide a good faith salary estimate starting at $98,000.00 for this role, recognizing that actual salaries may vary based on location, education, experience, and qualifications.
