Must:
- I prefer candidates with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree, especially in healthcare, business, or information systems. - You should be capable of presenting complex data in meaningful methods, such as charts and graphs. - I’m looking for someone who can adjust to and implement change. - Problem-solving skills are essential for this position. - You will need strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work as a team member. - Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required. - Excellent customer service skills are a must. - I need someone with highly effective written and verbal communication, along with interpersonal skills, to establish working relationships that foster optimal teamwork and education. - Strong organizational skills for managing multiple priorities are necessary. - A minimum of 3+ years of experience is required, with at least 2+ years specifically within healthcare, business, or information systems. - You should be able to solve moderate incidents without direction and develop new functionality for requests with minimal guidance. - It's important that you can work in a team setting, sharing information and assisting junior-level team members. - Detailed healthcare knowledge and systems expertise are necessary. - You will be making decisions regarding your own work primarily on routine cases. - Working under minimal supervision and using independent judgment requiring the analysis of variable factors is expected. - Collaborating with senior team members to develop approaches and solutions is part of the role, as well as mentoring and possibly training team members within your functional or application area. - Associated certifications in your area of focus are preferred. - For Epic Analysts: You must be certified or proficient in your assigned Epic module, which must be obtained within 6 months of your employment date. Certifications or proficiencies must also remain current by maintaining new version training.

- I need you to analyze, develop, test, document, educate, implement, support, and optimize assigned applications, solutions, and business processes to meet operational and technical requirements. - You will collaborate across project boundaries with other teams, thinking outside the box to propose practical solutions to issues, while providing oversight and project management to assigned tasks. - It’s important for you to demonstrate a solid, working level of subject matter expertise in providing support to projects, customers, and other teams, while proactively seeking to improve and acquire new expertise in assigned applications/systems. - You should possess a thorough knowledge and understanding of operations, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance customer usability, efficiency, and overall experience. - I want you to represent user needs and expectations during larger, more complex system updates and enhancements, and provide clear and organized status reporting on key project areas for external communications to stakeholders. - Responsibility for conducting working level process and requirement analysis will include process mapping through current flow charts, documenting future needs/plans, and gathering specifications to deliver cross-team solutions. - You should be able to clearly articulate complex design and configuration issues to end-users and project stakeholders, while maintaining relationships with end-user leadership post-engagement and proactively addressing any conflicts. - Contributing to strategy discussions by identifying options with pros and cons in collaboration with team members is also key. You will need to facilitate timely decision-making and make sound decisions, even when complete information is not available. - Adhering to organization standards for system configuration and change control is essential. - Strong technical proficiency in application-specific design and configuration is required, along with the ability to communicate core design concepts clearly to end-users and independently analyze, design, and configure applications. - You should strive to develop strong relationships with end-user communities, customers, and business partners. - Collaborating with operational leaders to focus on standardized best practice workflow processes to ensure alignment across all ministries and create efficiencies is part of your role. - You will coordinate code changes with appropriate vendors related to financial and business application issues, and collaborate with technical teams to identify infrastructure-related issues impacting applications. - Sharing industry best practices from vendors with operational leaders and demonstrating increasing technical knowledge of assigned applications is important. - Serving as a liaison between business operations, providers, internal IT, system users, and vendors within defined project objectives for issue and problem resolution is a critical aspect of this role. - I expect you to follow strict change management processes ensuring proper approval, testing, and validation of system changes. - Your written documentation for end users and leadership should maintain consistency and demonstrate attentive review. Teamwork and proactive communication with project leadership regarding issues and concepts are essential. - Regularly reviewing and self-correcting your skills, habits, work ethic, and behaviors while managing your work effectively among peers is expected. - You should proactively and independently troubleshoot and resolve moderate incidents and requests. - Maintaining high standards for the quality of work for yourself and others is crucial, and providing oversight and feedback on team member design, configuration, and deliverables is also part of your responsibilities. - You will manage medium complexity projects/requests, collaborating with team members as needed and proactively evaluating all new releases and functionalities of applications. - It’s also important to complete assigned courses within Healthstream or other electronic tracking tools for educational-related material in a timely manner and to ensure that the services provided contribute to the successful accomplishment of the department's primary mission. - You should escalate issues when Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are breached or appropriate vendor actions are not occurring, and be prepared to travel or work additional hours as needed during critical problems. - Assisting in the preparation and delivery of formal or informal training sessions for users and co-workers is expected. - Identifying and seizing new opportunities, displaying a can-do attitude even during challenging times, and stepping up to handle tough issues is key to this role. - You may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
