Requirements
Must:
I require candidates to possess an active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance. You will need experience in Linux and Ciena for system administration, troubleshooting, loading software, and configuring telecom networks and software packages. A solid understanding of cables, collection systems, and data flow is essential. Knowledge of NiFi and Linux is also required.
For education, I expect candidates to have a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.
Regarding experience, I need a minimum of seven (7) years as a Systems Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity. If you have five (5) additional years of experience, that can substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
Responsibilities
As the selected Systems Engineer, you will serve as our site Lead Engineer, performing remote maintenance and refresh efforts for eight sites. You will be involved in daily interactions with partner entities, engage subject matter experts, perform data validation once software is deployed, submit Data Management Requests (DMRs) for data flow path problems and fixes, configure new software updates, and perform troubleshooting.

The pay range for this role is $81,250.00 - $146,875.00. This range serves as a general guideline and is not a guarantee of compensation.
