Requirements
Must:
- I hold a BS Degree in Engineering or a related discipline, or have equivalent education in Systems Engineering.
- I possess over 10 years of Systems Engineering experience, including at least one year specifically in Model-Based Systems Engineering.
- I have experience creating models in CAMEO System Modeler.
- I demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- I can work independently with moderate supervision, as well as collaboratively in project teams.
- I am a U.S. citizen and hold an active Secret clearance.
- I have strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- I am responsible for implementing the Requirements Development and Management Plan and its subordinate processes.
- I capture, analyze, and review DDG(X) requirements.
- I interface with DDG(X) stakeholders to assess and understand requirements, ensuring that plans and procedures are consistent and applicable across the digital environment.
- I support DDG(X) CPTs/IPTs and working groups to define, allocate, and derive functional requirements for hardware, software, and lower-level components, incorporating them into requirements databases and models.
- I verify and ensure traceability from CDD requirements to system components and software.
- I present high-level information at the appropriate level of detail for the intended audience.
- I plan, lead, and participate in reviews of requirements documentation.
- I am responsible for the overall quality of requirements documentation.
- I develop technical reports and white papers.

This position is remote-friendly, with the expectation to attend meetings at our Washington, DC Navy Yard office once per month for 2 days. The pay range for this position is between $122,200.00 and $220,900.00. Please note that this pay range is a general guideline and may vary based on factors such as job responsibilities, education, experience, and market alignment.
