Requirements
Must:
- I have a minimum of 2 years of professional software development experience (non-internship).
- I have at least 1 year of experience designing or architecting systems (design patterns, reliability, and scaling) for new and existing systems.
- I hold a Bachelor's degree or a Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP) certification.
- I possess knowledge of systems engineering fundamentals, including networking, storage, and operating systems.
- I currently maintain an active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above.
Responsibilities
- I will collaborate with internal and external customers to execute projects and resolve issues.
- I embrace the dev-ops model of service engineering, ensuring that developers and operations teams work cohesively.
- I will join a team of talented engineers to operate Cryptography and Identity systems, positively impacting large-scale systems.
- I will engage with Amazon's largest and most demanding customers to address their unique needs.
- I will dive deep into technical issues, striving to continuously enhance the customer experience.

This position requires that I currently hold an active TS/SCI security clearance and maintain it, along with obtaining a polygraph or commensurate clearance for each government agency for which I perform AWS work.

My compensation will reflect the cost of labor across various US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $116,300/year to $201,200/year, depending on my location and experience. I will also be presented with a total compensation package that may include equity and other benefits.
