Lead Network Engineer - KP CSOC

As a Senior Network Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain our network infrastructure. Your duties will include configuring and managing network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN concentrators. You will monitor network performance to identify potential bottlenecks and apply optimization strategies to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability. Additionally, troubleshooting network issues using firewall logs, switch packet captures, and Wireshark will be an integral part of your role, along with collaborating with cross-functional teams when needed. You'll also be responsible for network capacity planning, bandwidth management, and the integration of network infrastructure with cloud services and other IT components. Staying informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, as well as creating and maintaining documentation related to network configurations and procedures, will be essential. Furthermore, you will provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers and oversee the management, maintenance, and security of networks, including the organization and documentation of network load balancing services.
