Requirements
Must:
- I hold an Associate’s degree in computer science or a related discipline, with over a year of experience in the Information Technology sector. I understand that an additional two years of IT experience can be accepted in lieu of a degree.
- I possess a fundamental understanding of Networking and Cloud technologies.
- I have practical experience with operating systems such as UNIX/Linux or Windows.
- I am familiar with customer service ticketing systems.
- I can read runbooks and playbooks effectively, providing meaningful summaries for customers.
- I have a working knowledge of Google Workspace Tools including Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
Responsibilities
- I will serve as the first point of contact for all customer service inquiries, answering phones and responding to chats and emails with a customer-first mindset.
- I will maintain the speed of response and resolution as outlined by Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
- I will strive to keep customer satisfaction scores high and adhere to quality standards in the majority of cases.
- I will become well-acquainted with the product and utilize runbooks and playbooks to deliver effective resolutions to customers.
- I will provide personalized assistance to our highest-tier customers, developing an in-depth understanding of their most significant issues and advocating for these matters with engineers and Program Managers.
- This role requires working evening shifts from 2 PM to 10 PM, including a rotating weekend schedule as necessary. The schedule may change based on business demands.
Description
- I have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - I have experience using ServiceNow. - I hold a CCNA certification or an equivalent credential. - I possess an active TS/SCI clearance with a Polygraph. - I can remain in a stationary position for about 50% of the time and occasionally need to move around the office to access files, machines, and other resources. - I frequently interact with colleagues, management, and customers.
