Requirements

Must:
- I prefer an Associate or Bachelor’s degree with a focus in healthcare, business, or information systems. - I need the ability to present complex data in meaningful methods, such as charts and graphs. - I expect you to adjust to and implement change effectively. - I seek problem-solving and multitasking skills. - You should work well as a team member. - Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential. - Excellent customer service skills are a must. - I value highly effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to establish working relationships that foster optimal teamwork and education. - Strong organizational skills in managing multiple priorities are necessary. - I require 3+ years of experience, with at least 2 years within healthcare, business, or information systems. - You should be able to solve moderate incidents without direction and develop new functionality for requests with little oversight. - Collaboration in a team setting, sharing information, and assisting junior-level team members is expected. - I need someone with detailed healthcare knowledge and systems expertise who can make decisions regarding routine cases. - You will work under minimal supervision, exercising independent judgment while analyzing variable factors. - Collaboration with senior team members to develop approaches and solutions is required. - Mentoring and training of team members within your functional or application area is appreciated. - Associated certifications in the area of focus are preferred. - For Epic Analysts: - I require certification or proficiency in the assigned Epic module (which must be obtained within 6 months of the employment date). - Certifications or proficiencies must remain current through maintaining new version training.

- I will analyze, develop, test, document, educate, implement, support, and maintain or optimize assigned applications, solutions, and business processes to meet operational and technical requirements. - You will collaborate across project borders with other teams, thinking outside the box to propose practical solutions to issues, and providing oversight and project management to assigned tasks. - I expect you to demonstrate solid working-level subject matter expertise in providing support to projects, customers, and other teams while proactively working to improve and obtain new expertise in your assigned areas. - You should have a thorough understanding of operations to proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer usability, efficiency, and experience. - You will represent user needs and expectations in larger system updates and enhancements, while providing clear status reports on key project areas to stakeholders. - I will need you to perform working-level process and requirement analysis, including process mapping, requirement elicitation, and gap analysis. - It's important that you can clearly articulate complex design and configuration issues to end users and project stakeholders. - I expect you to maintain relationships with end user leadership post-engagement and proactively address end user conflicts. - I also want you to contribute to strategy discussions by identifying options with associated pros and cons alongside your team members. - Adherence to organizational standards for system configuration and change control is essential. - You will need strong technical proficiency in application-specific design and configuration, demonstrating the ability to analyze, design, and configure applications independently. - Collaboration and the development of strong relationships with end user communities, customers, and business partners is required. - You will coordinate code changes with the appropriate vendor regarding financial and business application issues and collaborate with the technical team to address infrastructure-related issues that may cause application issues. - Sharing industry best practices from vendors with operational leaders will be a part of your role. - I expect you to demonstrate increasing technical knowledge of the assigned application, including the relationships of infrastructure and their impact on users. - Serving as a liaison between business operations and providers, internal IT, system users, and vendors for issue resolution is a critical responsibility. - You should follow strict change management processes to ensure proper approval, testing, and validation of system changes. - Written documentation for end users and leadership should show consistency and attentive review. - I want you to be a team player who proactively communicates issues and concepts to project leadership. - Periodic self-review and adjustment of skills and work ethic will help ensure effective working relationships and environments. - I expect you to independently troubleshoot and resolve moderate incidents without direction while maintaining high standards for quality of work for yourself and others. - You will manage medium complexity projects personally, collaborating with team members as needed. - Completing assigned courses within Healthstream and other educational tools in a timely manner is necessary. - I want to ensure that the services you provide contribute to the successful accomplishment of our department's primary mission. - You will escalate issues when service level agreements are breached or vendor actions are not occurring. - Travel may be required to perform your duties. - Additional hours may be necessary during critical problems. - You will assist in preparing and conducting training sessions for users and coworkers as required. - I value identifying and seizing new opportunities, displaying a "can-do" attitude in challenging times. - Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

This position is full-time and is crucial in serving as a liaison between system end-users, operational leaders, additional support resources, and vendors to design, build, and optimize applications effectively.
