Technical Support Specialist

I am looking for a motivated Help Desk Technician to join our team. My ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Required certifications include Security+ CE and PWS 9.1 (A+, HDI-CSR, HDI-SCD, HDI-SCA, ITIL, Microsoft 365). At our company, we pride ourselves on being a place where people thrive. We offer a competitive salary in the range of $25.50 - $34.50 per hour, although this may vary based on experience and location. Our workplace is in Annapolis Junction, MD, with normal weekly hours set at 40. We currently do not require travel for this position, and it is mainly onsite.
