Requirements

Must:
I require that you currently possess a Top Secret/SCI clearance level and be capable of obtaining a Top Secret SCI + Polygraph clearance. You need to be a U.S. citizen and have at least 4 years of relevant experience. Additionally, you should hold a Help Desk Technician IV qualification, which involves an Associate's degree or equivalent and five or more years of experience in the field. The necessary certifications include Security+ CE and PWS 9.1 (ITIL, A+, HDI-CSR, MS 365).

Responsibilities

As a Help Desk Technician, I will expect you to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for network, desktop, and system hardware and software. You will resolve technical issues and answer inquiries via telephone or self-service ticketing to support internal and external customers regarding computer hardware, software, network, system/application access, and telecommunications systems. You will also analyze and isolate problems using historical database records and may need to route calls to product line or system support specialists. Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating records and tracking databases, alerting management to recurring issues and patterns.
