Data Insights Analyst

In this position, you will lead efforts to modernize our technical infrastructure by enhancing existing systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. You will design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Power BI to support projects such as performance metrics and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case development and execution. You will utilize Microsoft Copilot 365 to optimize documentation, reporting, and productivity workflows while integrating AI capabilities into our business processes. Engaging with stakeholders will be critical as you gather business requirements, define project objectives, and ensure alignment with our organizational goals. You will represent us in working group meetings and collaborate with external points of contact who are developing related systems or tools. Creating custom applications and workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate will be your responsibility to streamline internal processes like dashboard requirement collection and routine data tasks. You will also design, build, and maintain dashboards and data visualizations to enhance access to key metrics and decision-making tools. Developing and executing knowledge management strategies to capture, organize, and disseminate institutional knowledge will be part of your role, ensuring it remains current, accessible, and actionable. Additionally, you will prepare and conduct briefings for personnel on dashboard usage, providing training and support to facilitate successful adoption. Briefing senior leadership on new digital tools and dashboards to ensure alignment with organizational strategy and drive informed decision-making will be expected. Finally, you will prepare for and oversee the integration of a closed network AI system into our operations once it becomes available.
