Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Preferred: Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Preferred: Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
- Preferred: Master's degree
Responsibilities
As a Senior Product Manager, I will define high-quality roadmaps based on our team strategy and vision. I will develop detailed business narratives and user stories that inform pricing strategies, product specifications, and new features. I will define business cases, conduct competitive and pricing analyses, and create financial (P&L) models. Collaborating closely with product and service leaders, sales teams, solution architects, business development, and engineering teams, I will work to resolve complex product and pricing issues. I will also become the subject matter expert on specific services and recommend features and tools that simplify AWS product adoption for our customers. Additionally, I will manage prioritization and trade-offs between customer experience, performance, and operational support load while developing comprehensive reports for executive leadership.
