Requirements
Must:
- 10+ years of experience in SAP Program Management, F&O, and ISV.
- Extensive experience in Execution and F&O Project Management.
- Strong knowledge and experience in ISV and Hi-Tech industries.
- Proficiency in developing functional specifications and documentation.
Responsibilities
- I will lead project planning sessions to ensure all project phases are clearly defined and achievable.
- I will oversee project execution to ensure milestones are met on time and within budget.
- I will provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and any potential risks.
- I will manage project budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and reported accurately.
- I will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- I will develop and maintain project documentation including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.
- I will ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- I will identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
- I will facilitate effective communication among project team members and stakeholders.
- I will monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- I will ensure resource availability and allocation for project tasks.
- I will drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
- I will foster a collaborative team environment to achieve project goals.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled SAP F&O Project Manager with expertise in ISV, F&O, and Hi-Tech. This role will cater to North America customers, involving support for both proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. As part of our team, you will work closely with onsite sales and delivery teams, participating in solution discussions and workshops.
This position offers a salary range of $112,500 โ $152,000 depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, it's eligible for Cognizantโs discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance. We provide a comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical/dental/vision/life insurance, paid holidays and time off, a 401(k) plan with contributions, long-term/short-term disability, and paid parental leave.
