Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with a Master's degree or PhD in Information Technology, Software, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field. A minimum of five years of experience in fields relevant to integrated circuit manufacturing, semiconductor process technology, inspection, or metrology is preferred. You should be a quick learner with a strong drive for technical growth and the ability to perform at a high standard with minimal supervision. You must also have at least five years of programming experience in C/C++ and Python, with familiarity in software engineering practices, standard libraries, and related packages.
Responsibilities
As the Algorithms and Physical Modeling Principal Engineer, I will lead activities centered around algorithm development using machine learning, stochastic methods, and physical modeling for defect inspection and metrology in e-beam systems. My responsibilities include investigating algorithms based on physical models and machine learning, developing image quality metrics for Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) images, and creating robust metrology algorithms for EBeam tools. I will be responsible for taking ownership of solutions from concept through to product deployment, leading cross-functional projects, and collaborating closely with customers to devise innovative solutions. I will engage in systematic software prototyping, analysis, design, optimization, and testing.

The current base annual salary range for this role is between $186,750 and $311,250, determined by factors such as role specificity, level, location, and market alignment.
