Compensation at Maximus varies based on job location, education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel, and internal value analysis, including seniority and merit systems. While the minimum salary is $107,000 and the maximum salary is $140,000, the total compensation package includes more than just salary; other rewards may consist of short- and long-term incentives and a variety of employee benefits, including health coverage, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid holidays, and time off.
