To excel in this role, I need an individual who can successfully perform each essential job duty. The qualifications for this position include: - A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience). - A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in designing, developing, and implementing Workday integrations. - Practical experience with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, BIRT, and RaaS. - A solid understanding of Workday’s HCM, Payroll, and Benefits modules. - Proficiency in web service technologies such as REST, SOAP, XML, and JSON. - Experience supporting the entire integration lifecycle: gathering requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment. - Familiarity with Workday’s integration framework and best practices for optimizing data flows. - Knowledge of data security, compliance, and audit requirements in cloud-based settings. - A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to take initiative and lead efforts within a team environment.

Responsibilities

In my role as a Workday Integration Developer, I will: - Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, BIRT, and RaaS reports. - Gather and document integration requirements, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to create sturdy and scalable solutions. - Ensure that all integration solutions are in line with Workday best practices and adhere to enterprise architecture standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues in both development and production environments. - Provide ongoing support and make enhancements to existing integrations. - Review test cases, take part in quality assurance efforts, and facilitate user acceptance testing. - Document technical designs, system flows, and deployment processes. - Engage in Agile ceremonies including planning, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives. - Collaborate with HR support teams to confirm that solutions meet business needs and compliance requirements. - Lead meetings independently, drive integration projects forward, and maintain clear and confident communication with stakeholders.

This position has varying experience requirements based on the level: - The Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of relevant experience. - The Senior Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years of relevant experience. - The Lead Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience. Additional Information: This is a full-time position. My company offers a range of benefits including a 401(k), dental and health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance. The work schedule consists of 8-hour shifts, and the role requires in-person attendance.
