Requirements
Must:
- I require at least 3+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure automation.
- You should have expertise in Ansible for automation and configuration management.
- Hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, and containerized environments is essential.
- Knowledge of authentication protocols (LDAP, SAML, OAuth) and security best practices is needed.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD is preferred.
- A strong understanding of high-performance data platforms and distributed computing is a must.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform is a plus.
- Red Hat certifications (e.g., RHCSA, RHCE, or OpenShift certification) are preferred.
Responsibilities
- I expect you to develop and maintain Ansible automation playbooks for deploying and managing Red Hat OpenShift clusters.
- You will need to automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment processes.
- Integrating authentication services, including LDAP, SAML, and OAuth, into the platform will be part of your duties.
- Supporting and optimizing CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery is expected.
- Ensuring high availability and performance of the data platform by implementing best practices for resource management and scaling will be your responsibility.
- You will collaborate with security and DevOps teams to ensure compliance with security standards and policies.
- Troubleshooting and resolving platform-related issues to ensure minimal downtime will be a key aspect of your role.

The pay range for this position is $103,000 - $156,000 per year, with several factors considered in extending an offer, including role responsibilities, work experience, education, and key skills.
