Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
- System Administrator (SA) Skill Level 0: BS + 2 years of experience as a Linux System Administrator, No Degree + 7 years experience.
- System Administrator (SA) Skill Level 1: BS + 5 years, No Degree + 10 years.
- System Administrator (SA) Skill Level 2: BS + 10 years, No Degree + 15 years.
- System Administrator (SA) Skill Level 3: BS + 15 years, No Degree + 20 years.
- Experience with STE/STN work.
- Strong Linux skills.
- Clearance Required: Must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Responsibilities
- Implement, troubleshoot, and maintain IT systems.
- Manage daily IT system configuration and operations.
- Assist users with IT systems access and usage.
- Monitor and resolve issues for client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices.
- Communicate status updates to agency management and internal customers.
- Optimize system operations and perform capacity planning.
- Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems, ensuring system integrity and performance.
