Systems Administrator (SCITLS)

- I will own the opportunity to work with the largest government agency in the nation, making an impact by advancing the Department of Defense’s mission to keep our country safe and secure. - I support the development of capacity utilization dashboards detailing memory, compute, storage, port density, bandwidth, and licensing capacities and their performance metrics. - I assist in developing and delivering capacity and performance reports as needed, and I validate, document, track, and manage the capacity for network resource areas. - I monitor current performance and utilization, capacity projections, and issues while helping to create plans for improving performance according to Government-approved Service Levels. - I routinely interface with the Government Capacity Manager and technical stakeholders to communicate status, changes, and issues related to memory capacity and performance. - I extract data from various systems that manage capacity and performance, such as SolarWinds and/or NetApp.
