Requirements
Must:
- Associate's degree, or Cloud+ or GICSP (Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional) or GSEC (GIAC Security Essentials) or SSCP (Systems Security Certified Practitioner)
- 4+ years of Linux experience
- 4+ years of experience with scripting in bash, python, perl, php, shell, or similar languages
- Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph
Responsibilities
As a member of our Amazon Dedicated Clouds (ADC) team, I will support U.S. Intelligence Community and Defense agencies by implementing innovative cloud computing solutions and solving unique technical problems. I will take ownership of mission-critical services, diagnosing root causes of customer issues, and investigating trends in operational metrics. I will break down defined projects into milestones and develop feedback mechanisms. I will work diligently to resolve and escalate operational concerns, ensuring high availability and reliability of implementations. Daily tasks will involve providing troubleshooting and operations support, automating operational processes, and enhancing the customer experience through collaboration.
