Responsibilities
- Range management: Deliver the seasonal product lineup, creating items that connect with consumer preferences while reflecting New Balance Numerics seasonal vision.
- Consumer-focused product strategy: Promote a thorough understanding of our Skate consumers to ensure their needs, preferences, and trends shape every merchandising choice.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with Design and Development teams to guarantee excellence in product delivery.
- Numeric team partnership: Collaborate with our LA-based Numeric team throughout every stage in the process to align mission, vision, and execution.
- Market and consumer insights: Routinely conduct market research and collect consumer insights to refine and guide the seasonal strategy.
- Assortment planning and execution: Work in conjunction with the SMM Collections and the Numeric team to plan product assortments, balancing creative expression with commercial feasibility to produce collections that inspire and meet financial targets.
- GTM excellence: Ensure that product and strategic direction are effectively communicated throughout the GTM Process, providing top-quality tools to prepare our regions for success.
- Performance analysis: Continually assess sales performance and gather consumer feedback to inform future product insights, enhancing the effectiveness of the range.
- Margin management: Develop pricing and positioning tactics that fulfill margin goals.
- Sample management: Oversee logging and efficient filing of all seasonal samples.
