We require candidates to have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Experience with no-code/low-code Microsoft Power Platform is advantageous. Familiarity with D365 F&O Purchase Order Management is preferred. Strong skills in functional design, particularly in UI/UX concepts, and excellent problem-solving abilities are essential. We value creative and innovative thinkers who can communicate complex topics clearly and concisely, and possess strong collaboration skills. Experience in Agile methodologies is necessary, as is the ability to manage multiple tasks independently and prioritize effectively. Candidates should be able to provide clarity in uncertain situations and take full ownership of their work with minimal oversight.
Responsibilities
Our main responsibilities include end-to-end solution design, configuration, implementation, data integration, analytics, tracking issues and resolutions, thorough testing of solutions, and maintaining ongoing communication with New Balance stakeholders. You will own and deliver comprehensive features throughout their entire software lifecycle, translate feature requirements into detailed design specifications, and collaborate across disciplines to develop these features. Working closely with the Digital Product team, you'll be tasked with creating well-thought-out, high-quality design specifications, employing a configure-first, code-second approach. You’ll contribute to team-wide infrastructure improvements, engage in business requirements sessions, and work with internal teams to bridge solution gaps. You’ll be responsible for addressing bugs and issues, tracking resolution progress using Azure DEVOPS, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT and business stakeholders, to ensure successful execution of current and future projects. Awareness of statistical and optimization tools such as Power BI, Snowflake, and Spotfire (or similar analytics tools) is also important.
