Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in product management or as a business analyst
- Proficiency in Agile software delivery methodologies is essential
- Familiarity with corporate tax, especially indirect and property tax
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to follow through on responsibilities
- Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative environment
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Experience with MS SQL, Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, Outlook, and internet navigation
Responsibilities
- Aid in developing product strategy and roadmaps while collaborating with Senior Managers, Directors of Product, and the product team
- Construct hypotheses and define MVP scope to align with product objectives and KPIs
- Examine product and business data to derive insights and promote iterative development
- Foster a positive experience for team members
- Interact directly with business stakeholders to gather comprehensive requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Serve as a product subject matter authority for sales and sales support
- Draft user stories, requirements, and functional specifications for development teams
- Partner with the User Experience team to create user interfaces and user flows
- Support Customer Operations and client training as required
- Collaborate with the development team to estimate project tasks and execute plans
- Cooperate with Development, QA, and Production Support teams to communicate and verify functionality changes.
