Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in product management or business analysis
- Familiarity with Agile software development processes is mandatory
- Experience with corporate tax, specifically indirect tax and property tax, is advantageous
- Proven ability to define and manage platform capabilities or internal products across multiple teams
- Proficiency in modern AI tools (e.g., LLMs, copilots) for product discovery and operational efficiency
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative in completing responsibilities
- Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills
- Keen attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness
- Adaptability to shifting priorities and an ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative settings
- Strong multitasking and organizational capabilities
- Experience with MS SQL and advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing product strategies and roadmaps in collaboration with Senior Managers, Directors of Product, and the product team
- Formulate hypotheses and define the MVP scope to achieve product objectives, focusing on reusable capabilities and scalable services
- Analyze product and business data to derive actionable insights and facilitate iterative development
- Foster a positive work experience for team members
- Engage directly with business stakeholders to gather comprehensive requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Serve as a product expert for sales teams and support initiatives
- Draft user stories, requirements, and functional specifications for product development
- Collaborate with the User Experience team to design user interfaces and workflows
- Ensure consistency and service integration across platforms and teams
- Work closely with engineering and architecture to develop scalable services and API integrations
- Support Customer Operations and provide client training when necessary
- Collaborate with development teams to estimate tasks and follow through on execution
- Communicate with Development, QA, and Production Support teams to validate and test desired functionality changes
