Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum of three years practical applications development experience in a DevOps or System Engineer role
- Strong proficiency in Azure, AWS, Azure DevOps, Windows Server, and Microsoft SQL Server
- Knowledge of SQL Server Availability Groups, scripting languages (Python, PowerShell)
- Experience with automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation) and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Valid drivers license is necessary
Responsibilities
- Foster a positive experience for team members
- Provide support and assistance to development teams as required
- Regularly update and maintain CI/CD pipelines and related tools
- Implement and oversee monitoring and alerting systems
- Design and sustain production environments ensuring exceptional availability and scalability
- Conduct routine maintenance and perform diagnostic evaluations
- Offer suggestions for improvements and enhancements to application development teams
- Drive efficiency through process automation
- Document and maintain system architecture and functionalities
- Undertake other assigned tasks as needed
